Childhood friends Rafe and Danny (Ben Affleck and Josh Hartnett) are followed as they enlist in the Army Air Corps in the World War II drama Pearl Harbor. Rafe and Evelyn (Kate Beckinsale) fall in love after meeting, but their romance is interrupted when Rafe decides to enlist in the British Army. Rafe is killed there, and Danny and Evelyn turn to each other for comfort as they come to terms with their loss. Yet they have to do so in the heat of the Pearl Harbor air raid. Pearl Harbor is one of the most epic movies ever, and although it has a tragic love story, it also contains a lot of action, making it look like Titanic.
