Kinnear opened up to IndieWire about portraying the real-life political figure in the lauded picture, stating in 2016, "...Joe Biden is a [laughs] fairly front and center politician — for, what, 44 years of his life — leading to the culmination of a vice presidency, which he’s had for eight years.
